I’ve always been drawn to a baby’s first smile, the curiosity of a toddler, and the honesty in a child’s face. I aspire to capture these moments through photography and turn them into timeless treasures.

While some photographers shy away from working with children, I enjoy their inquisitive nature and even the challenge of a short attention span. I also love working with teens, high school seniors, executives, families and their pets. While I take the majority of my photographs on location at some specific sites around town, I am more than willing to travel to the locale of your choice.

My signature springtime portraits are taken with live bunnies and I also specialize in Christmas card photography. Please book your appointment early for these popular sittings.

History:
As a native Houstonian, I cherish the diversity and cultural aspects of this great, always changing city. My husband, three daughters, and I enjoy ssorts, traveling, and spending time with our big extended families. I’m a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. After college, I apprenticed with local photographers until I started my own studio in 1994. In the fall of 2013, after 18 years, I closed my office location on Westview Drive, and work from my “virtual office”.
